After beginning in a small shop, today Thaiba Printing Press has moved to a larger state of the art facility. This is the third facility in TPP over 30-year history and offers room to grow as new equipment and client services are added. Thaiba Printing Press (TPP) is a full service prepress and offset printing facility that has been providing services to its private and public sector clients. TPP is equipped to the full range of services expected from an offset printer. As well as a state-of-the-art prepress, TPP has offset presses ranging from 1-colour presses to multiple 4-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster presses. These presses can also lay down an aqueous coating on the printed matter. We have a full bindery providing folding, saddle-stitching and perfect binding, as well as such specialty products as crash numbering, die cutting, perforating, and custom tab creation. Typical documents produced by TPP are annual reports, prestige marketing materials, covers, calendars, posters, brochures, and stationery.p>

Its world renowned computerized and 4 colour Heidelberg Speedmaster press is capable of printing in large quantity, which also can lay down an aqueous coating on the printed matter.Our experienced staffs are the key in producing a first-class product. Our trained and experienced pre-press technicians serve as expert consultants, from scanning to expert color retouching, manipulation to file checking. Offset Printing

Our core competency, the prized conventional printing department comprises of four machines of varied speciﬁcations which allows us to cater to a small print requirement with the same cost dynamism and efﬁciency of a large print run. Due to our ability to cater to a wider spectrum of requirements, we are able to keep prices competitive with efﬁcient control of inventory and a quality controlled working environment.

We also offer specialized processes like; Foil-stamping, Embossing, Die-cutting, OPV/ WB Varnish, Lamination, Bindery and Finishing services. From high quality annual reports and brochures to intricate marketing kits and direct mail campaigns, we can be a valued partner for you.

Paper Cups Manufacturing

Our range of paper cups cover every beverage service needs. From speciality hot coffee to ice cold carbonated drinks. Our cold cups are made from double sided polyethylene coated board allowing them to withstand the effects of ice and condensation while our ideal double wall hot cups are made of materials with high heat insulation resistance against hot liquids. The base paper or the cup board are made from special multi ply paper and have a high stiffness and strong wet sizing that hold it together upon a force of rapture. All cups have well-made mouth rolls to keep it together and make it more firm and steady

Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes colour presses of varied speciﬁcations. We are capable of printing on fabric material used for textile and home furnishing industry (main labels, care labels, etc.), personalized and gift wrapping ribbons.
